Recordings made for back-up purposes or transferred from an obsolete format must be for your own personal use and cannot be reproduced or sold.
We will not transfer current copyrighted materials unless you are the owner of the copyright or have written permission from the copyright owner.
The client is responsible for the legality of audio materials to be transferred.
